Pichardo was my doctor as a kid. I am nearly 40. He was amazing. Once he blew up and moved to this Weirfield location, he became less available. Now, you hit the lottery if you able to make an apt with him. The rest of the doctors aren’t all there. Staff in the front is HORRIBLE! I’m sure he’s lost a lot A LOT of patients due to lack of availability along with rude coordinators in the front. How can they be the face of a doctors office? They lack professionalism and proficiency! They are more worried about having the front desk authority than the purpose of your call or visit. They talk about you after you walk away from the front and make it so obvious because they all turn their faces and stare at you. As if it isn’t a Hippa Violation! Worse part is that the supposed supervisor “Ana Ramirez” is part of the speaking on patients while in the front lobby along with the secretaries. I’ve never seen something like this! If you care about your child’s health and privacy PLEASE look for a different doctor! Today was my sons last visit here!!!

I’ve had no issues with this clinic, it’s very clean. But they have these rules to make an appointment pretty difficult. If you want to schedule ahead of time you have to call exactly the week before. If you want the same day or the same week you have to call on a certain time for that day you’re going. This is the only issue I have. I’ve never had this scheduling rules in any other place. Whenever my daughter got sick, I rather just take her to the hospital or Urgent care and no issues. The only reason I bring her here is when her physical is due. Thank goodness my child is turning 18 this year and I’m going to take her to my adult doctor in Bushwick near my job which they make it very easy with scheduling as I want.
