The worst place to call for your doctor for anything, Dr Jerry Uduevbo need to do something about this , I have this place calling them regarding supplies they need them to sign since I had a surgery. This is madness. Come on. The ladies there always full of attitude for no reason, and they never listen. This is crazy I just want them to answer theirs phone calls. All that leaving a message n not getting a response is unprofessional.

I never thought I’d write a negative review for this place, but after this morning, I was left with no choice. This was the second time in two months they prioritized money over my health. I was scheduled for an appointment with the GYN this morning. I have a $25 copay for specialists, but I forgot my physical card at home. However, I had Apple Pay and could have easily entered the card numbers manually. Unfortunately, none of these options were available because the office is outdated when it comes to technology. It’s 2025—how do you not accept Apple Pay? To be clear, my issue isn’t about the lack of technology; it’s about the lack of consideration for a loyal patient of over 10 years. I’ve spent so much money at this establishment, and the one time I don’t have my card to pay $25, I’m turned away? Over the years, I’ve seen the PCP, GYN, and Gastroenterologist. I’ve brought in countless new patients through word of mouth—most of my family now comes here because of me. And yet, this is how I’m treated for my loyalty and recommendations? I went to there this morning after working a 12-hour shift when I could have been home in bed sleeping. Back in December, I visited this place for a reprint of a referral from a visit I had already paid for, and I was told I needed to check in and see the doctor to get it. Are you kidding me? I already paid for the referral. You mean to tell me you can’t go into the system and reprint it? Because I didn’t have that paper, I couldn’t do the ultrasound I needed the next day—only the mammogram. Anyone who knows how to run a business would understand that you don’t turn away a loyal, long-term customer over a minor issue like this. I’ve never had any financial issues with this office, and I’ve never owed a dime. The rude, incompetent women Dr. Jerry employs are bad for business. This place will never get another dollar or recommendation from me. If your health matters to you, stay away from this place. Believe all the other negative reviews. I stayed with this office for so long because it’s close to home, but at this point, I’d rather go somewhere that prioritizes my health over $25. Delaying patient care over such a small amount is a level of greed I’ve never experienced before and never want to again. Thanks to ZocDoc I already have an appt for tomorrow.
