I love the doctor however, the customer service was beyond disrespectful and rude and it’s been like this for a while and some time. The only reason why I still come is because they have an exceptional doctor and he does have great love and care for the children however the reception desk is a different story For the dental side and the pediatrician side

At least they picked up. I just called to make son an appointment, was placed on hold, when she came back she said she has no appts until the middle of October...lmao the least she could do was ask what kind of appt I needed. Guess my accent let her know which group I belonged to.
