While Dr. Geiger is knowledgeable, my overall experience with the office was disappointing. At a follow-up visit, she couldn’t assess whether a treated bump had changed because there was no record from the prior appointment. In another case, I received communication about biopsy results and was told the issue was low risk and not urgent, with flexibility to schedule follow-up months later. However, I soon received multiple persistent calls from the office pushing me to schedule a procedure immediately, which contradicted the doctor’s guidance. The interaction felt overly aggressive and unprofessional. Between the lack of documentation, inconsistent communication, and pushy scheduling practices, I would not return. There are many better-run dermatology offices in the city to consider.
