Very frustrating experience with Dr. Jeffrey Howard Kern at the cardiology clinic (142-04 Bayside Ave, Suite 5U, Flushing). My child’s appointment was canceled only one hour in advance because the doctor was unavailable, causing my child to miss school unnecessarily. When we finally rescheduled, I arrived late and asked what to do. Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff made us wait for about an hour, only to tell us to reschedule again. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and very poor office management. If a patient cannot be seen, that should be communicated immediately—not after making them wait. I would not recommend this clinic based on this experience.

Our son has been a patient of Dr. Kern’s since the day he was born, 9 years! Wow ! Dr. Kern, as well as the staff, have always been so sweet & respectful. He is one of the few doctors that you can tell actually cares, he listens to all your questions and concerns. We are more than happy to have learned he also has an office in New Jersey, where we are looking to move to sometime next year. There is no one we trust more with our son, than Dr. Kern. Thank you for everything you have done for our son.
