This first review is correct. They are AWFUL with customer service and calling people back. Suzanne King is very nice don’t get me wrong, but I just need someone who’s able to get me to dig a little deeper. She helped me get through my last semester of college and was supportive, though. I recently needed to be referred by Dr. Nathan to somewhere more serious, and have never gotten a phone call back from her in 2 weeks. I left her a very strict and unhappy voicemail to her. The secretary left me a not-so-nice voicemail over 24hrs later in return saying she will call me back after she faxes my documents over. Haven’t heard from her since. Needless to say they never check up on serious patients who may need something more serious outside of what they can offer. Awful communication and is more of a hassle than anything else. I would for sure look elsewhere.
