After having a terrible experience at 212 Dental where I felt pressured into unnecessary work and insanely overpriced treatment, I came here for a second opinion — and I’m so glad I did. The dentist on Dental Ave Greenpoint was cool, quick, honest, and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to pressure me into anything, and gave me a realistic treatment plan that was literally thousands cheaper than what 212 Dental quoted me. You can tell he actually cares about patients instead of just making money off them. Great experience overall and definitely recommend if you want an honest dentist. And if you like college basketball he has good ball knowledge.

Dr. Bastida honestly changed my life. For the last 32 years I have always been self conscious about the severe white stains on my two front teeth. I would hate seeing my teeth in photos. But, I was told by many dentists that there is nothing that can be done and whitening treatment would only make it worse. I did some research and came across ICON treatment at Dental Ave Greenpoint. I called and came in for a consultation all the way from Staten Island. Dr. Bastida was super friendly and down to earth. He was also very realistic and honest as to how my teeth will look after the treatment, which I really appreciated. He showed me some before and after photos of his previous patients and I decided to trust him and go for it. He even reached out to make sure I was happy with my results. I am very grateful for him and VERY satisfied with my experience with this dentist. If you're thinking about getting ICON or any treatment done at this office, do not hesitate!
