Javier Senosiain Medical Pc

I have been taking my children (now teens) to Dr. Senosiain for 9 and 5 years, respectively. He is thoughtful, caring and makes my husband and me true partners in discussions of complex conditions. I always get the feeling that Dr. Senosiain is in the field for the right reasons, in contrast to some people who primarily seem to want money. He treats my children with respect and patience, giving them the chance to be self-advocates.

My son has been going to Dr. Senosiain since he was about 11 years old. At the time he had extremely violent outbursts and was plagued by all the familiar symptoms of severe ADHD. Although he was very intelligent, sitting in a classroom and having any kind of peer interaction was simply not in the cards for him. His former doctor had him on the list of medications that would put down a horse. I have to say this is merely our experience but Dr. Senosiain had correctly diagnosed my son with bipolar disorder and ADHD and adjusted his medication accordingly. My son is now 18 and I can’t believe that I’m saying this but he’s going to be a freshman in college next year! His high school career was successful. Of course there were hiccups along the way and tough times that any parent of a child with mental illness is well aware of. But it’s good to know that there are still doctors out there who truly listen to what the patient needs and treats the patient not the “diagnosis.” The least I can do is write this honest and heartfelt review of Dr. Senosiain. Our son and our family is all the better for having him as our doctor.
