The front desk team made scheduling easy and explained my insurance clearly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Basra took the time to walk me through everything before starting, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I usually get a bit anxious about dental visits, but their calm and gentle approach made a big difference.

i have always had such terrible dental anxiety, but seeing dr. basra at stuy dental has been the best and kindest experience in every way. i initially went in for an emergency appointment, and he and his whole team (jessy/xiomara/diana) have been truly incredible at every appointment since then. i am so thrilled. one million stars.
