This place is very unprofessional I witness staff talking very loud on the phone while having the phone on the speaker phone setting u can hear the staff talking about patient medical history trhe staff is very rude to patients and each other. I witnessed staff hold a netting in the reception area while discussing work place drama. The receptionist doesn’t speak good English and can’t give out proper instructions and while rushing you out the office. Staff appears to be very discriminating towards black patients. This doctors office has very poor time management skills they will book you for 10am and won’t see until 12pm . The doctor working here is very polite. No issue with Dr. Burnett

Staff DO NOT greet any patients upon arrival. Front desk employees are too busy having personal discussions. Was called and yelled at for missing an appointment that was scheduled a month after the day she called me. Demanded to show images of my appointment card for PROOF. When sent, the woman did not apologize. I canceled my appointment so fast. I am now at NYPresbyterian.
