Gloria and her phlebotomy team at Quest were absolutely exceptional during a very difficult blood draw for my child. The order itself was complicated, and my child was extremely distressed and screaming throughout the process, yet the entire team remained calm, patient, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. They even had to pause the draw and switch arms mid-procedure, but they never rushed us or made us feel like a burden. Despite a waiting room full of clients, they stayed committed to getting the draw completed rather than sending us away, and I am incredibly grateful that they did. Quest should truly recognize and highlight teams with strong pediatric experience because the skill, composure, and kindness this team demonstrated made all the difference in an otherwise very stressful situation. We are deeply appreciative of their expertise, professionalism, and compassion.
