Dr Shen is great, however the reason for the 1 star review is because of her medical biller Eva. I was told my insurance was accepted at this office, and then began to receive substantial bills. Eva was very nasty and defensive when i questioned these bills, kept arrogantly insisting that it was my responsibility to know if I was covered or not. I am a physician and in my office we let every single patient know before any services are rendered their network status. Not only was Eva negligent by assuring us that we were covered when we were not, but she was unsympathetic to our frustrations receiving substantial medical bills while trying to raise a small child.
