It’s extremely difficult to reach this office during regular business hours. I’ve tried calling at different times throughout the day and rarely reach a live person. Voicemails often go unanswered for several days. Even when you finally get an appointment, the doctors can be significantly late, sometimes by close to an hour, without any notice or explanation. The overall approach to patient care feels disjointed. Rather than addressing concerns directly, the doctors tend to refer you elsewhere or defer responsibility, leaving you to coordinate your own care. If you prefer a proactive and attentive medical team, this may not be the right fit. Additionally, I was surprised to have a previous review brought up during an appointment and was asked to remove it. I did so at the time, but after ongoing difficulties and continued stress surrounding my care with my condition, I believe it’s important to share my honest experience again. Patients deserve timely, compassionate, and consistent care and unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience here.
