An amazing and very positive experience from the moment I walked into the clinic. This place is spotlessly clean and very efficient at what they do. The friendly staff and the ease with which they take and process your information is what makes the difference. I was in and out in less than an hour. I want to thank Giselle, Suzanne and Dr.Lim for their assistance at each of the steps that they took care of me. The nurses, doctors and other personnel are very polite, friendly and accommodating.

Terrible experience ! One of the worst STD clinics that should be Audited . EVEN Security will make the service inaccessible at the gate,asking why you need to go. Where is the confidentiality ? Tax payer money should be wisely used via responsible NGO if the city could not hold universal accessible, confidential and information sensitive STD clinic. This clinic set up could be one of the STD Burden since it is pushing away the preventable cases.
