Jamaica Hospital Medical Center

I was diagnosed bipolar, adhd, schizo effective and have ptsd since 2007. I’ve learned to deal with most of it but the anxiety I feel while traveling sometimes causes a relapse. Long story short I was having an episode at JFK and they took me to Jamaica hospital for an evaluation. Personally I probably would have put me on a 48 hour hold but they talked to me and I begged them to let me on my next flight. Somehow I convinced them and I was flying for Puerto Rico a few hours later so I have no problems with Jamaica and there staff so I give 5 stars.

I love making an appointment so many weeks in advance just so the doctor can not only cancel once, not twice but three times in a row just to go out drinking with their friends 🙄 gotta love the dedication, worst experience, I would recommend a different place at this point, otherwise you'll waste your PTO bc of these unprofessional doctors
