I’ve had an excellent experience at JAG Physical Therapy, and I can’t say enough great things about the team. Alex, the Clinical Director, is outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in patient progress. Branden, my therapist, has been wonderful—professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He truly listens and tailors treatment to your needs, which makes a huge difference in recovery. Jeanine at the front desk is always welcoming, kind, and on top of scheduling and communication. The assistants are equally fantastic—supportive, attentive, and always ready to help. What truly stands out is the exceptional customer service and attention. From the moment you walk in, you feel heard, cared for, and supported. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-tier physical therapy and outstanding patient care.

The physical therapy, especially Mary Grace is fantastic!! Had bad elbow fracture and surgery. All of them are very caring! May need therapy on my back and will definitely go back there! Girls at reception are friendly and very helpful!!

I am doing my physical therapy at the Elmhurst location. I was able to get an appointment the same week to start and they are super accommodating and very attentive and friendly. You get a lot of personalized attention during your therapy session. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough GREAT things about Mary Grace Nikkei Urbano, my therapist, at JAG. She was always pleasant & listened to my concerns making adjustments as needed. As a result I recovered quickly. Even my Dr is impressed. Thank you Nikkei & JAG, See you in a few months for my right knee.

I am happy I chose this place for my PT. My main therapist, Mary, explains everything and is very patient with me. The other therapists will gladly help when I falter. Although I am only half way through, I was proud of my progress. Unfortunately I had a fall and may have to stop PT for a bit, but when I heal I will gladly return to JAG. The front desk and the PT team work seamlessly together so getting/going to an appointment is easier on the patient. If I ever need therapy again I won't hesitate to come back here. For those that drive there's ample parking which, to me, is a plus.
