Outstanding Physical Therapist – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience with Krupa Shah at Jag One in Brooklyn. She is truly one of the best physical therapists I’ve ever worked with. Krupa is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient — she takes the time to understand your pain points and tailors each session to help you recover faster. Her treatment made a huge difference for me — I started noticing real improvements in both strength and mobility within just a few sessions. Beyond her skill, she genuinely cares about her patients and creates such a positive, encouraging environment. If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with compassion, Krupa Shah is absolutely the best. I can’t recommend her enough

The extra star is for front desk staff—they were helpful in checking my insurance benefits. That said, I was disappointed with care I received. The physical therapist didn’t seem equipped to be able to offer manual care for my injury, and gave me exercises that I told her I’ve already been doing every day at home. If you have to pay for physical therapy and are looking to receive involved care from your PT, I’d look elsewhere.

Excellent therapy and therapists. They can work together like a tag team if necessary, and they're thorough in care.
