Having been a NYCer for over 20 years, living all throughout the City, without a doubt Wavecrest Gardens is the best NYC apartment I have ever lived in, bar none! Any kind of maintenance issues that may come up, they are always VERY QUICK to respond and correct the issue, almost immediately, and most importantly with quality workmanship. The sense of community here is strong and great lengths are taken to ensure resident safety and good stewardship of the building, facilities and grounds. You can see this reflected on the faces of residents most of whom it's easy to see are so happy to be here in the Wavecrest / Rockaway Beach community. If you're considering a move out to the Rockaways / Wavecrest Gardens, you won't be disappointed, I can happily give them my utmost recommendation! Especially if you love the beach like me, you'll definitely love Wavecrest Gardens!
