After my root canal, the team even followed up with a phone call to check on my recovery, which is a level of care you rarely see elsewhere. Billing was equally impressive. Everything was transparent and reasonable with no hidden fees, and they proactively reached out to let me know my insurance covered more than expected so I'd be receiving a partial refund. Honestly, the experience was so good that I wish Dr. Duong did everything from fillings to implants so I'd never have to go anywhere else. From the front desk to the dentist this place is amazing. First the office is stunning! Clean and modern. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and make you feel so at easy which is not an easy task at the dentist. Dr. Kwok was kind and caring, took her time and was very thorough with her explanation of what she was doing. The techniques were comfortable from the dressing of the tooth that prevent you from gagging on water to the tool that helped keeping your mouth open making it more bearable. If I could give them unlimited stars I would. Excellent from start to finish!
