Dr. Saffari is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—he always took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Jairo, the office manager, is amazing. He’s organized, professional, and genuinely cares about patients. Scheduling, billing, and questions were always handled smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Aileen, the adjuster, is fantastic as well. She’s gentle, attentive, and always made adjustments as comfortable as possible while still being efficient. Her friendly attitude really makes a difference during visits. Overall, the team works seamlessly together, and the office has a welcoming, positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Saffari and his staff to anyone considering braces or orthodontic treatment.
