My mom just had a check up and forms filled out. My mom said she loves it here. Let me start with their facility. Their office is very nicely decorated. It's spacious with many exam rooms. You don't need to worry about getting close to someone who's sick while waiting for your turn. From the decoration, I could tell that this health clinic is very family oriented. Dr. Lum sees patients from babies to elderly. While we waited, we saw babies waiting very calmly in the office. Dr. Lum and his staffs are very nice and thorough. He went over all my mom's medication, making sure we have a good understanding of them, and he even made suggestions to how to fix my mom's posture due to aging. My mom had a hard time doing bloodwork as she always does, but Dr. Lum and his staff really took his time, trying to find the best and least painful spot to draw blood from her. They don't rush you. They communicated very clearly and politely. We absolutely felt that we were treated with respect and care being part of this community. We highly recommend this health clinic.

Because I can’t reply to this message on the patient portal I will post it on here. “ First, I requested a referral to a hematologist, not a dermatologist. If the receptionist had been more professional and attentive to patients, she would have understood my request. Please address this issue with your staff, as additional training is needed to ensure they can properly handle basic patient requests.“ Second, this facility is my primary care provider. I am unsure where the receptionist obtained this information, as it is incorrect. I do not have any issues paying the co-pay, and I currently have a physical appointment scheduled for 12/23/2025. Please ensure that your staff provides accurate information to avoid situations like this in the future. I truly appreciate both of the doctors I have seen (one female and one male); they have been excellent. However, experiences like this are unacceptable, particularly when incorrect information is being communicated. Additionally, the manner in which I was spoken to was not appropriate. I expect to be addressed respectfully and professionally.
