I waited over an hour for my appointment and was not seen in order. Another patient with the same appointment time was taken before me. The exam rooms are very close together and patient conversations can be clearly heard, which raised privacy concerns. When I was finally seen, the doctor reviewed my MRI and told me I needed surgery but did not explain the findings, answer questions, or provide a clear plan. I was simply told to find an orthopedic surgeon on my own. The visit felt rushed and dismissive after a long wait. I left without a clear understanding of my condition or next steps. I had a great experience at Dr. Gladstein’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office was clean, well-organized. They were a little behind schedule but it wasn’t crazy. Dr. Gladstein took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and made me feel completely at ease before scheduling it. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking.
