I’ve been seeing Dr. Steinmetz for about five years now, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly easy to talk to and always makes me feel heard and comfortable during appointments. What really sets him apart is how thorough he is. Whenever I come in with a concern, he takes the time to fully evaluate what’s going on and makes sure all potential causes are considered. I never feel brushed off - he is thoughtful, careful, and clearly very experienced. I’ve actually moved several times over the years and still commute over an hour just to continue seeing him, which I think says everything about the level of trust I have in his care. His staff is also wonderful, nice to deal with and keep the office moving smoothly- I’ve never had a long wait like most NYC doctor offices!
