I attended IMM for a private OH assessment and I would recommend using this company. The staff were friendly, efficient and courteous and my assessment was thorough. In addition to my assessment, the Doctor provided me with guidance regarding my health condition.

Stay well clear. Rip you off they withold your medical and look for issues to get more money. The manager is unreasonable . Save yourself the bother and go to a proper provider. Refused a temp cover till they get your medical notes didn't even see the doctor yet took the full payment. The manager was unreasonable and refused to discuss why I hadn't even seen the doctor and that he had refused to issue a temp medical. Made an appointment elsewhere the following week and issued a medical with no issues. If your self sponsoring then.i urge you to stay away from.this place. They have investigated this complaint and refused to reimburse my fees and say they followed procedure even though no doctor was on site.
