I am extremely grateful for my therapist Albina and the incredible work she does. She is professional, compassionate, and truly attentive. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, understood, and supported. She listens without judgment and provides thoughtful guidance that has helped me understand my feelings. This place has terrible customer service, just like the person who left the last review on here a few months ago. My provider is lovely. The admins in the office are terrible and useless. They do not book appointments, they act like they have no idea when a provider is available, everything is a guessing game. They do not call you back despite saying they would call you back. I would have rated this place higher due to the provider being pretty good but I see this is a repeat problem that they have not rectified and clearly do not intend to fix. This is unacceptable for a place that provides services for mental health care. Please spare me of responding to this review with a canned response. You do not care, your operations and administration is abhorrent. Do better.
