Please don't walk away from this place, RUN!! They have a high turnover of therapists, the therapists don't care, and neither does the Director. It's really sad considering they are supposed to provide therapeutic services. The therapist Tiffany, doesn't return emails or have any suggestions for crisis intervention. The director Carlos will never return a phone call. If you are looking for quality services, you will NOT find it here. The only reason they got 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. This place is TRASH.

If you love your child and are actually looking for help, do NOT come here. This place is a complete joke and the total opposite of what you would expect from a place that claims to support children. The woman who saw my son who is supposedly a psychologist kept yawning like she hadn’t slept in days, had a nasty attitude, and did absolutely nothing to help us. They are extremely unprofessional and will keep you there for hours just to send you somewhere else. Total waste of time and energy and an extra bill. when you’re already stressed about your child. Do not waste your precious time here. I would NEVER recommend this place to any parent who is serious about getting their child real help. Ohel is much better, not far from this location, and actually gives children the support they need — unlike this place.
