I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones, but today was completely unacceptable. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS OFFICE. They don’t even deserve one single star. They do not know how to treat patients. Everything feels more about money than patient care. I was repeatedly asked for payment, and I ended up paying just to avoid more issues. When I later confronted them about it, they became defensive and angry, saying they “don’t need the money” and could give it back. That response alone shows how disrespectful and unprofessional the situation was. I’m mainly talking about the front desk staff. The way they speak to patients is rude, dismissive, and lacks basic professionalism. As for Dr. Nasreen, I’m not questioning her intelligence or medical knowledge, but the way she interacts with patients and doesn’t really listen is disappointing for someone in the medical field. The wait time is also terrible and completely unreasonable. Lastly, for people working in the medical field, the way patients are treated here is very unacceptable.

The front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. The wait time is outrageous, even when you have an appointment. Everything seems to go by order of arrival anyway, so I don’t understand the purpose of scheduling appointments if they are not going to be honored. The provider also seemed rushed and did not listen attentively the way a healthcare provider should.
