There is a clinician, by the name of Marsha, who works here - that refers to DV survivors as "snitch" at least once a session...and then goes onto ghost their client once confronted about her obvious unprofessionalism. I wholly believe Marsha deserves to lose her license and her career. Marsha believes that her being from Brooklyn justifies her rhetoric. This mindset is INCREDIBLY toxic, especially when homicides from DV have gone up since COVID. As a WOMAN, Marsha should be ASHAMED of SHAMING A SURVIVOR, for nothing more than what SHE believes is "hood politics". She is at WORK, not a stoop in Brooklyn. How incredibly unprofessional and obnoxious. She did not ask if the patient was ever feeling suicidal. She did not bother to learn about her patient's needs. She just talks, and talks, and babbles...while making sure to fit the word "snitch" in at least ONCE per session, for the first three-four sessions before finally saying it 6-7 times fast on the last session. Marsha said she was going on vacation for a week and never contacted the client again. It's about to be a month - still no call! Who knows if she even went on vacation?! Of course she'd go on vacation right after being confronted in session. Marsha should not be working in this field if her being from Brooklyn is more important than doing her job professionally, adequately and effectively. Marsha should lose her license for not prioritizing work over her personal beliefs and ABUSING a client.

My mother has been dealing with mental illness for years now. It stemmed, or at least was on set by the relentless physical and verbal abuse from my father. We come from a 3rd world country but have been here in the states since late 70s. When i finally asserted myself(not easy being a inverted person with my own self esteem issues) to seek out this service to ease the traveling problems she was having.. We were fortunate to get Judy(supervisor) as she seemed to have a grasp of what treatment is and how a professional should periodically touch up on the clients activities that affect her mental &physical health. Unfortunately my mother was reluctant to take any basic steps to better her quality of life(she can't fathom how this is vital) within the once per month minimum. So now, for the past year or so she has has a social worker who hasn't shown she understands what we are, and have endured. I had made a administrative decision after not seeing any progress after the 1st 6 months with her behavior and health rapidly deteriorating. I attempted to have a new social worker assigned to my mother who was closer in age and perhaps someone who's family may have migrated from a country of a Male dominated culture. These types of similarities would have bridged a gap imho. At the very least, I've personally overheard gossip while her counselor would frequent our home. There's nothing wrong with that every now & then but without ANY substantial goals being discussed(not on a single occasion) , there is little room for improvement.. therefore if you guys have aging, or ailing family who you take care of, you'd be upset as well. So here counselor apparently got wind of this(also indicates a Clear Lack of professional structure over at INTEGRITY SENIOR SERVICES). After that, my mother was considering a counselor change but almost seems like the counselor may have manipulated/ steered my Mother toward a resolution which isn't possible in our predicament. She seems resourceful, just not devoted, diligent, or compassionate. This is NOT a field for that type of person. P.s. Ms. Huff had a cold demeanor to her. I noticed this over the phone when i attempted to address this matter months ago. The biggest shame has to be that we as a community are often desperate for help.. and have no choices when this is the only type of agency that goes to clients homes to provide services. It is disheartening. * Ms. Huff showed a blatant disregard for a client's well being and the progress of treatment. Claudette Huff, I hope you've lined your pockets enough to cushion the fall from grace 🙏☮ October, 2025 Update: just a terrible set of experiences between mom's and my counselors.. they either gaslight or ghost us for sessions already scheduled. What a pitiful management team who can't find basic mental health professionals that are competent and/ or compassionate.. Such emotional turmoil, it's a feeling of disgust
