We are beyond grateful for the care and compassion we received from this medical office during one of the most difficult times for our family. When my daughter was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, PA Patane went absolutely above and beyond every step of the way. She personally called with results, made sure we understood everything, and ensured we had everything we needed for the next steps in her care. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern meant more to us than words can express. Lisa at the front desk was also incredible — always friendly, patient, and so helpful during every visit and phone call. She made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.
