Appears they responded to contact patient experience, when I already have, they refered me to talk to the GI director and I wasn't able to properly submit to take care of my issues. I don't see this getting better. The worst part of this entire experience for me was having to Self advocate every step of the way and still failing to self advocate, I advocated in person and on the phone. The easiest was actually the prep. I now have no access to GI care unless I leave town and travel 1 to 2 hours...
