The office is very accessible to get to via train or bus. The office is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful, especially Anna. I didn't have a long wait for my appointment. My nurse and doctor were wonderful. They both were friendly and patient. What I loved the most was that the nurse and doctor listened to what I was saying. They asked questions to get a better understanding and prescribed treatment accordingly. I have been telling all my friends that this is the place to go for care.

When my health insurance changed, my primary care physician was no longer listed so I needed to search for another one. I took a lot of time and did a lot of research and my results led me to Dr. Roza Israel and I & R Medical Services. I have been very satisfied with my choice. Dr. Israel is a very knowledgeable physician but just as important to me, she is very caring. She takes her time with each patient and if you are not forthwith with answering her questions, without prying, she will find out the needed information. Any tests that are performed, she makes sure she explains the results to you and gives you a printed copy. Her staff are very courteous and friendly as well and will take care of any issues that you have. The only thing I would like to see changed, is the spacing between patients. Since Dr. Israel does take her time with each patient, depending on the time of your appointment, you may have to wait before seen. If the appointments were spaced out more, perhaps this would be eliminated. I would definitely recommend her and the I & R Medical Service to anyone looking for a good primary care physician.
