I can’t recommend Dr. Rizwan Ali and Present Psychiatry highly enough. I came to him for help with depression and anxiety, and the experience has been genuinely positive from the start. Dr. Ali is a wonderful listener — he takes the time to really understand what’s going on, and he’s helped me make sense of my own mind in ways I hadn’t been able to on my own. The telehealth option has been a huge plus for me. I live in McAllen and Dr. Ali is based in Houston, so being able to meet remotely makes consistent care possible without the long drive. It’s convenient without ever feeling impersonal. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist who listens carefully and offers real insight, I’d recommend Dr. Ali without hesitation.
