OMG, what is going on with your service? Today, June 15th, I called this clinic hoping for help, but I was rudely brushed off without even being given the chance to book an appointment. When I called the same clinic at a different location—where there was staff who spoke my language (I don't speak English well and need an interpreter or a native speaker)—I was told I needed to call THIS clinic. In the end, they simply refused to provide an interpreter and just said "BYE!" to me! I am devastated. This is the only clinic in New York that could help me with my diagnosis. I feel terrible myself, and I don't know where to turn now.

Dr. Weiss was very accommodating and pleasant. Our appointment was scheduled at 9 am and we arrived at 8:22 am - he checked us in and took my son in right away to administer his evaluation. His staff was also very welcoming and responsive.
