She takes the time to explain everything, customize treatments to your skin, and make sure you get the best possible results. My skin has improved so much under her care—brighter, smoother, and healthier than it’s ever been. She has such a light touch and calming energy, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients’ confidence and well-being. I was so sad when she left, so I am absolutely THRILLED that she’s back at Beautyfix Medspa. It honestly didn’t feel the same without her. I had a very disappointing experience with their consultant. I went in for an appointment and they tried to help me book another one, but after a long time they still couldn’t get it done. What really made it worse was the lack of professionalism — I was told I would receive a call at 3 PM, I was waiting, but no one ever followed up. They simply disappeared without any communication. On top of that, when I was ready to pay a deposit, they sent me a link for the full price instead. Even after going back and forth multiple times, they still couldn’t clearly understand that I only needed to pay a deposit, which made the whole process unnecessarily frustrating. This was a very minor treatment, yet it took an unreasonable amount of time just to communicate and try to schedule it. I ended up going to another place, and they managed to confirm my appointment within five minutes. Overall, the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional.
