Doctor Gonchar is very attentive, caring, and highly professional. Appointments are always on time, without delays. She has been caring for my son since birth-he is now 10 years old-and he always goes to his visits with pleasure. We have also seen other doctors in the office, and all of them are excellent. The staff is very respectful and attentive; they always send documents by email or call back if they promised to do so. Dr. Gonchar also always makes sure to return our calls, even late in the evening, if we reach out with a concern by phone. The medical assistants are very friendly; they always talk to the child, give compliments, and do everything to make him feel comfortable. We feel very lucky that friends once recommended this office, and especially Dr. Alla Gonchar. Words cannot express our gratitude to her.
