The entire experience with Inhala was amazing from start to finish. The process was seamless, attentive, and extremely well organized. Kelly was welcoming, warm, and very informative on the phone, which immediately put me at ease. Nolan went above and beyond by making accommodations in his schedule whenever needed and was always available for anything I had questions about. Jamie was incredible during the scanning process and made everything simple and stress free. Most importantly, the device works like a charm. I have seen a real improvement in my sleep and snoring. I would highly recommend Inhala to anyone looking for help with snoring or sleep apnea. -Brian

My initial experience at Inhala was very positive. The sale rep was extremely pleasant and very responsive. However, once you have paid for the device there is a sharp decline in customer service. The dentist who initially saw me assured me that they would assist in processing an insurance claim if it turned out that I qualified. I paid for the device and followed up with sleep testing to determine whether I would qualify for reimbursement. Once I tried to gain the promised assistance in filing my claim, I have been lied to and no one will return my calls. I also had multiple issues in getting the device to fit properly. I needed to follow-up constantly to get assistance to make it fit correctly. I have no issue with people charging for a service well provided. However, this was not my experience. They seemed much more interested in cashing my check and not following through on promises. Buyer beware.
