Great company! Helped me submit out-of-network claims for doctors who did not accept my insurance. I am so happy with all of their kindness and help. I don't know what I would do without Infinite Medical Billing. I am so happy with their professionalism, courtesy, speed & timeliness of billing, kindness, and understanding. We have been in practice for over 30 years and have always done our own billing. The job was really getting to be too much for one person to handle but I never trusted that an outside service would ever care about my business the way that I did. BOY WAS I WRONG. From the moment I met Amanda and her team, Susanna and Andrea, I knew I made the right decision. It was an extremely smooth transition because they are familiar with Officemate. There is no double entry of anything. Everything is done electronically. They promptly file our claims, post the EOBs, appeal when necessary, answer any question we may have, and even bill our patients for their responsibility. Our denials are almost non existent. They even fix the stuff we don't even know we posted incorrectly. They REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!! They are a pleasure to deal with. Always accessible, always willing to go the extra mile ,all with an amazing can do attitude. They have changed my business life.
