Discussed Thursday 10/16 the need for my mother to be in a skilled nursing facility ASAP. 10/24 and nobody has called to update me, then I discover they aren't open on Fridays so I can't even attempt to find out what's going on. They just do not care and can't be bothered to do their jobs. Exhausting. Impossible to contact. Can't tell you how many times over the past year I've tried to call them just to sit and listen to hold music for 10-15 minutes. If somebody answers, it's scheduling and not somebody in this office. My mom was recently discharged from the hospital and Kelaita has been her primary care doctor for years, yet even with the hospital's request she can't get in to see Kelaita for 4+ months. This "medical center" is a literal joke.

Dr. GONZALES is a great doctor. He takes the time to talk and explain everything. During my surgery he noticed the mesh I had place 8 years ago "umbilical hernia " was dislodged. He then repaired the damage during surgery. He thought everything through and performed and sealed using a technique with minimal scaring. Thank you form being my doctor.
