I had a colonoscopy performed4/30/2026. The entire staff , as sugarland surgery center was simply amazing. Best care of i've ever received in a surgery center. Everyone from check in to pre op to the operating room anesthesia and recovery treated me and made me feel like I was family. I had no stress whatsoever. Usually , before any procedure or just a doctor's visit , my blood pressure is usually elevated. It was in normal range during this visit. This is simply because the professionalism, and care that the entire staff gave me from the time I walked in the door. They were so kind To my wife and daughter letting them know that I would be just fine and that I was in good hands which set their minds at rest of any worry. Sugarland surgery center care team is the best.Thank you guys....

I was nervous before the procedure, but when I spoke with Shanel, her voice was direct and calming at the same time. Pre-operative with Sophia was the same, she went over my information and she also had a calm voice. I changed and laid on the Stretcher. I met the anesthesiologists, Dr. del Valle, who went over information of how the anesthesia will be administered and and he assured me that everything will be just fine. In recovery Kerri offered some juice, which she probably read it on my forehead, I needed the juice. Everyone was very welcoming and assured me that all will go well. Charmaine and Pat are also part of this team that helped me get through this. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for making this easier on me and my anxiety. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your compassion for people.
