Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The front desk, doctors, and phlebotomists are extremely unprofessional and become defensive when you disagree with them. The phlebotomist lacks cleanliness and criticizes her patients. She makes comments about appearance when one is unwell and asks for urine samples in a paper dixie cup which goes against medical protocol (had to redo my urinalysis because of this). When asked to do it in a proper urine cup, she gave a ton of pushback. She also criticizes one’s personal choices despite having no medical chart or history of clients. They are extremely unreceptive to feedback and one must essentially argue to get a point across or reach any level of understanding. The team is not good at communicating with patients. Waited over a month for a referral to see a hematologist and they did not notify me that the doctor, that wasn’t even my pcp, was on maternity leave. You will also be waiting an extremely long time to see a doctor. There have been many instances where I was early to an appointment and was not seen until almost an hour after my scheduled time. Would give this place zero stars if I could.
