I don't usually make reviews, but this was a terrible experience. The front desk and the doctor was amazing. As far as my contacts that I came for, I never received them. I have amazing insurance, and have coverage for atleast two packs of free contacts. As I came out of my exam I was told what I was covered with, and that they would put the order in. I then received a call asking if I would still want my contacts, I said yes. The girl said she would request them she asked me how many packs do I want and I told her whatever insurance covered. I then received another call by a man screaming at me telling me I don't get any contacts and he doesn't know what I'm talking about and what I'm miscommunicating but I won't be receiving anything free. If I want contacts I must pay. He was literally yelling at me, and proceeding to go back and forth with me as I told him I had insurance. He finally agreed to call my insurance and give me a call back. He then called me back and apologized and told me I do have coverage and he will order them. AGAIN. 3 months later I return to the store to pick up my script because I am fed up and to see the status of the contacts. They tell me they were never ordered and again I don't have coverage for them. I am so tired of the back and forth with this place. They are so rude. They do not even let you get a word in, and the lack of communication is insane.
