I wish I could give this agency a zero rating. My brother was in here he was treated like an animal. He has dementia. This year alone I have been called a half a dozen times. He kept falling an getting hurt, getting lost in the streets an stooling himself. He needs so much help that he just was not getting. So now he is in a different place. Before his release I was told so many lies. I pray 🙏 with all my soul he never returned here. Just to let folks know Google me. I worked in the mental health field for 27 years. I just let you think I didn't know what you were supposed to be doing. Please never take your family here. It's all about the dollars. Not care of the person.

This place is terrible director cheslyn walker had me locked out of apt for 2 1/2 months , not providing me with a place to sleep but still took my ssi payments towards rent all because I had covid and she refused to let me stay in apartment . I was denied access to the apartment or my possessions , after the 2 1/2 months they offered me an attic where I would have to duck my head so wouldn’t hit ceiling . I didn’t take that attic nor do I even think it was a legal room . Now I’m out of the program . Icl and cheslyn walker should be barred from being in business.
