The experience at this doctor’s office was excellent from start to finish. I especially want to highlight the medical assistant, Didem, who truly made a difference in my visit. She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming, and treated me with patience and understanding the entire time. Didem was also very professional and attentive, making sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her efficiency and organization helped the appointment run smoothly and saved a lot of time, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely compassionate. She made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this office, and especially Didem, for her outstanding care and professionalism.

The office staff at the 11 Ralph Place office is the worst front desk patient care. They didn’t take the time to verify my insurance and canceled my appointment. Then I had Emblem Health on the phone with me for verification they made the appointment only for someone else to cancel my appointment the day before because the next biller couldn’t find the verification. Obviously the staff doesn’t work together and they don’t make notes, Very Disappointing.
