I stopped in today to have a tricky pair of frames adjusted, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and meticulous from the moment I walked in. My frames are very cheap and don’t have metal in the arms, which makes them difficult to adjust. Instead of rushing it, he carefully removed the lenses and reshaped the frame from the center to relieve the pressure behind my ears. Such a thoughtful workaround, and done with real precision. We also had the sweetest conversation. You can tell this is a true neighborhood shop that takes pride in what they do. Places like this are rare now. Highly recommend.
