Provider was attentive and respectful. Treated me like a person in need of help. He was all ears when I spoke and he gave me some encouragement on things I could do to feel better and take control of my emotions. Great first impression for me.

I’ve had so many issues in the past with this facility and hadn’t been there for a while but needed a physical so I went. I arrived at 12:15 pm for my appointment at 12:30. I waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor. I called upper management to make a complaint and nothing has been done yet. I was hungry , tired , and mentally drained. I had to ask myself. Was this worth it? Everyone should be able to go somewhere for care where they feel safe and sufficient. They don’t have the best intentions at this place and it’s very chaotic. I used to receive mental health treatment there but the therapist was over relating. I knew more about her life than she knew about mines. I knew about her court problems with her daughter’s father for Gods sake. I was her therapist. This is not a good place to go to sum it up. Sorry
