Dr. Timothy Mainardi is, by far, one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He engaged with me and my medical history and spent lots of time discussing causation and the reality of spiraling medical anxiety. What’s more, he was personable and a joy to talk to. My experience was beyond wonderful. The only part of the visit that saddened me is knowing that I could only see him as an allergist. He would make one hell of a primary care doctor. If you like a doctor that treats your concerns like they’re his own, and one who doesn’t rush you at all, he is the doctor to see. Amazing experience. Hands down.

Called this practice on recommendation from a current patient there. I was sent to an answering service and left a message. The problem was when I received a callback yesterday the reception staff called, I was answering and they pretended not to hear me and hung up. They did not bother calling back again to let me know about whether my insurance is accepted. I had to call back the next day to receive a cold response from reception. What an absolute joke. How about treating people with at least one iota of respect and decency.

Best doctor’s office experience ever. Brief wait time, everyone super friendly, doctor affable and extremely competent and solved my panoply of problems promptly.
