I had my beautiful baby boy here April 12, 2026. The labor and delivery and postpartum teams made this a great first time experience for my partner and I. They were very attentive, checked on me frequently, and made sure that I did not need anything. My family and my doula felt like I was in good hands. The amount of nurses and doctors that I saw during my stay was surreal. Even down to the medical students, everyone's bedside manner was great. The doctors tried their best to follow my birthing plan until they could not anymore. I wanted a vaginal delivery but when that was not a safe option for my baby, the doctors let me know and I was not afraid anymore. The team kept me at ease. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in helping my family and I during our stay!

Most agents sound like robots and would not take the time nor energy you did to do the right thing.The previous agent stated that I was not in the old system and transferred me to you. You took the initiative to look in both the new and the old system and discovered I was in fact in the old system. I was able to get my medical bills sent over thanks to you.
