She meets you with empathy where you are and explains things with care and clarity. The entire practice feels professional, organized, and genuinely supportive. I left feeling peaceful and restored. I started going to Cynthia at Haven about a year and a half ago when I felt like I was running out of treatment options that worked for me. Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant about holistic and somatic healing, but I am so glad I tried. Cynthia takes a holistic approach and explain things in a way that's most beneficial to me and meets me where I am. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and thoughtful. The entire practice is very organized and responsive with easy and accommodating scheduling and other support services.
