They always run behind schedule so expect to wait between 30 minutes to one hour to your appointment. Huge disrespect to the patients that take off from work just to reschedule because they are so slow. Also I dont like being forced to have to do a urine sample every single time I have an appointment, even if its just a follow up to results. The staff get very pushy about urine samples. Also I dont feel as though there is confidentiality for patients that have to discuss their business. The rest of the office should not have to hear another patient's problems because there's no way for them to pull the person off to the side and discuss the matter. The doctors here are very nice but the overall organization of this office is in desperate need of improvement.
