While wait times can vary depending on how many patients are scheduled, you can clearly see that they prioritize giving each patient the attention they deserve. Nothing feels rushed or careless instead, there’s a steady, well-paced system that balances efficiency with quality care. The staff are genuinely one of the highlights. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. From the front desk to the clinical team, they make you feel seen and supported. They go out of their way to be helpful, and more importantly, they communicate clearly and thoroughly. You’re never left confused or unsure they take the time to walk you through each step, which makes a huge difference. The doctor is truly outstanding, especially in the field of perinatology/MFM. You can immediately tell you’re in experienced and capable hands. They are extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and careful in their approach. Every concern is addressed thoughtfully, every question is answered with patience, and nothing is brushed off. What I appreciated most is how reassuring they are they don’t just provide information, they make sure you feel emotionally at ease as well.
